Biography

The Meramec Valley Misfits interpret a wide range of genres: classic country, rock, pop, Americana, and folk. They twist them up in their signature misfit style using acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, banjo, mandolin, and more. The group also perform original music to boot for a truly unique experience.


The Meramec Valley Misfits feature harmonic blending of father Kevin, a multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, guitar, mandolin, and banjo, and son Jamie on acoustic guitar. Enjoy the band as a solo or duet act, or round it out with Pat on bass guitar and Jason on drums for a full band sound. No gig is too big or too small — from acoustic dinner music in small rooms to full stage production, the Misfits have performed in pubs, riverboat cruises, hotels, wineries, and festivals.
